You will be challenged to think beyond the task at hand and work to tie the pieces together to deliver maximum results.**What You'll Bring**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management or 4 years of related experience.- Proven experience in administrative support and project coordination roles.- Excellent Spanish verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent command of English (C1).- Proficiency in office software (e.G., Microsoft Office Suite).- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.- Adaptability and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies **is a plus.**:- Scrum & Project Management fundamentals **desirable**:**Impact You'll Make**:**Administrative Support**:- Manage the Head's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.- Maintain and organize office files and records.- Respond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logistics- Book travel, hotel accommodations, meeting room(s), and other meeting requirements for cross-functional teams- Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the Marketing- and U.S. Markets teams as well as the executive/administrative assistant community**Project Coordination**:- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various projects within the GCC.- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.- Prepare project status reports and updates.**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to projects, meetings, and initiatives.- Compile and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.- Manage document repositories and file systems.**Communication and Liaison**:- Act as a liaison between the Head and internal/external stakeholders.- Coordinate communication between GCC departments and other offices.- Ensure timely dissemination of information and announcements.**Event Coordination**:- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions.- Handle logistics, invitations, and catering arrangements.**Budget Management**:- Assist in tracking and managing budgets related to GCC activities.- Prepare expense reports and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.TransUnion Job TitleSpecialist I, Admin Support
