You will own the activation of each use case and make a positive impact to the customer's onboarding experience.Responsibilities:Quarterback project delivery, with engagements spanning across thecustomer lifecycle, including implementation of 6sense use cases frominception to launchAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, and risksUnderstand customer's strategic priorities and how they track andmeasure initiatives to achieve ideal outcomesWork with customer to identify end to end workflow and translate theminto business and technical requirementsIdentify the strategic impact of use cases on the customer's business andhelp prioritize them to meet business objectives, with the goal of generatingpositive ROIPartner with internal 6sense teams to proactively resolve issues andensure on-time delivery across programsAssist in driving product adoption post-onboardingAct as a knowledge partner and 6sense expert to strategically guidecustomers through best practicesContribute to the development of 6sense best practices, includinginternal and external training materials and other collateralsWork closely with sales team to ensure implementation expectations areset accuratelyPerformance MeasurementBillable and Productive UtilizationONPS Response RatesRequirementsExcellent project management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and presenting skillsExperience managing or working with enterprise customersTechnical or non-technical software experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and scaleAbility and desire to work in a high energy and rapidly evolving B2Bsoftware startup environmentProactive self-starter who can comfortably and respectably speak theirmind, manage shifting priorities, empathize with customers, and do the rightthingDesired5-7+ years' experience in the MarTech or sales-tech industry5-7+ years in an enterprise software customer facing roleFamiliarity with the marketing tech stack: Marketing Automation, digitalmarketing technologies, data providers, B2B digital media.Experience using Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications is aplusExperience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations,sales operations and analytics teamsHave led projects from conception to closure, and have experienceleveraging internal resources to get things done#J-18808-Ljbffr
