You will be responsible for leading and implementing engineering solutions to enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.ResponsibilitiesLead and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and implement improvementsConduct process analysis and optimization to identify areas for improvementDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructionsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsEnsure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes, coats, glasses, and badges.Actively participate in daily Tier and Operational Excellence meetings, contributing to discussions and updates.Propose and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within your area to enhance operational efficiency.Engage in Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) sessions when necessary, providing input for effective solutions.Adhere to established Standard Work procedures to maintain consistency and quality.Follow security protocols and contribute to improving safety measures, ensuring a secure work environment.Comply with CT-PAT, OEA, and other relevant security requirements, aligned with departmental responsibilitiesSupport the achievement of HSE metrics, including safety observations, HSE maturity goals, and the maintenance of a zero-accident environment.Adhere to process-specific standards and procedures as defined in the process turtles and applicable departmental guidelines.Complete all mandatory trainings and courses throughout the year, aligned with department requirements and company-wide initiatives, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO45001, and any other.Comply with the Internal Regulations Book and Honeywell Code of Business Conduct, ensuring ethical behavior, integrity, and adherence to all company policies and guidelines.Commitment in knowing, understanding, and applying Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and contribute to their compliance
