ResponsibilitiesLead productivity projectsMaintain engineering documentsScope Capital projectsOptimize energy consumption.Develop technical solutionsPerform root cause analysisUtilize Six Sigma toolsIdentify process KPI/KPOsDevelop process control plansCreate process packagesYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics6-8 years of experience in paint application equipment/cabins5 years of experience in launching new projects, including painting components in conveyor systems.Knowledge in interpreting paint specifications, including experience with hardness, application, and paint thickness.Proficiency with engineering tools such as PFMEA, PPAP.Experience with chemical reactions in the paint area (humidity control in the paint environment).Visa and passport with occasional travel availability.Advanced English.WE VALUEGreen Belt or Black Belt certification.Experience in data interpretation and analysis.Skills in management, leadership, and assertiveness.Experience in team management and collaboration with different departments.Experience with identifyingprocess changesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated analytical and problem solving skillsExperience scoping projects with business level impactAbility to work without guidance or supervisionAbility to accurately identify patterns to problem solveExperience with Management of Change process
