Responsibilities will include supporting Factory Momentum, DMAIC and Transition support activities impacting the Mexicali Location and the other divisions Mexicali supports (Torrance and Tucson). In addition, you will have Class II Design Authority for the Mexicali Site for Phase 6 ECNs supporting ISC and will be leading the Engineering effort to release those ECNs. You will partner with world class engineer's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.The MRB Sr Advanced Project Engineer role will be at the Mexicali facility and will report to the GES Sr Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be responsible for both tactical and strategic initiatives at the Mexicali facility.**Key Responsibilities**Manage MRB activity processed through the Mexico facility.Work closely with Operations & Quality to control & reduce MRB activity using root cause analysis & corrective action responseManufacturing processes will include machining, welding, special processes & quality processes including a variety of inspection methodsEngineering MRB Support Engines Manufacturing Operations & Supply base while maintaining type design & engineering design intent.Support Class 2 Design changes on Mexicali productsWork independently & effectively in a cross functional teamInterface with Suppliers and CustomersIntegration with ISC effort including Honeywell Operating System events to review proposed processing changes to ensure product integrityProvide support of program cost, schedule, performance & risk mitigationDrives execution of Engineering MRB & mitigates risk in a timely mannerLead, influence and motivate others, provides direction, removes barriers. Participates & Leads high impact teams**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Aerospace, or other Technical Discipline- 4 year's experience on aircraft engine components- Proficient in English***:**WE VALUE**:- Experience Working in Manufacturing Environment.- Knowledge of Material Review Board Processes
