Overview:Recruiter: Jennifer PérezReports to: Javier LomeliLevel: Staff IVSTATEMENT:DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Create and maintain Item Master, Bills of Materials, Cross References, and Sourcing Rules information in the Oracle R12 inventory database for new product releases and existing products assuring the highest level of accuracy. This includes but not limited to Finished Goods, promotional, kitted products, events and non-inventory items.- Analyze and approve Agile PLM change orders for Oracle R12 inventory database interfacing; including change history, reason for change, revision control and configuration prior to implementing changes. Validate data prior to full sku release.- Sustain an end-to-end mindset from conception to SKU release and ensure the data configuration is set within compliance to guard internal cross-functional departments (Global Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Warehousing, etc.) within a complex environment and multiple databases.- Manage sku release queue and coordinate priorities to meet targeted releases.- Support complex projects that require in-depth configuration mapping and maintain ownership of the impact.- Collaborate with cross functional teams and GTS in troubleshooting operational issues.- Contribute and maintain an environment that promotes knowledge sharing and department training.- Communicate identified system enhancement requirements and recognized process improvements.- Support data discrepancies, launches and events during off peak hours.SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: N/AJob Qualifications:**Skills**:- In depth knowledge in the areas of: Item Master, Bill of Material, Sourcing, Cross Reference, and engineering change orders within a process-manufacturing environment.- Ability to analyze and map out strategies with forward thinking results and prioritize workload for effective implementation under mínimal supervision.- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment effectively with all peers and management to meet immediate needs.- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skus and well-practiced communication (verbal, written, listening).- Flexible to manage various projects with emphasis on the implementation, customization, and support in a high paced environment with rapid changes.- Proficient in MS Office, including, Outlook, Word, and Excel- Sense of urgency is a must.- Oracle Database and Product Lifecycle Management proficiency**Experience**:- 3 - 5 years' experience in a supply chain product management environment.- Working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Oracle R12 inventory and Agile Product Lifecycle Management software knowledge.**Education**:- Bachelor's degree or 5 years job relevant experience in lieu of degree.
