.Overview:Recruiter: Jennifer PérezReports to: Ricardo CabreraLevel: Staff IVSTATEMENT:The Data Analyst is responsible for processing cross regional and/or corporate project tasks, Production Revision Requests (PRRs), non-project Engineering Changes (ECs) and Manufacturing Changes (MCO) for new product release, country rollouts, supplier moves, and changes required for the release of component parts and finished good SKUs. This includes part number creation and standard part nomenclature for stocking SKUs and component items.The Data Analyst is responsible to route non-project PRRs for approval, create and route non-project Engineering Changes (ECs) and Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO). In addition, they process and route ECs within project tasks. Serves as the chairperson for the Change Implementation Board meetings. All the above is done adhering to the approval process, departmental policies, and internal compliance.Data Analyst maintains Agile as the single source of truth, ensuring system data integrity, consistent deliveries, and accuracy.Maintains a high-level of worldwide networking to ensure Data Management documentation and bill of material (BOM) structure requirements follow corporate procedures.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Serves as Chairperson for the Change Implementation Board.- Routes non-project Product Revision Requests (PRR) for review and approval.- Responsible for partnering with Project Management to ensure that project requirements are captured and up to date as changes evolve.- Lead, direct, conduct and communicate by hosting/attending meetings that affect system requirements, revision control, Bills of material (BOMs) and SKUs are set up accordingly, deadlines and/or product configuration.- Adjust daily activities as project urgencies and requirements change.- Responsible for Agile PLM Item Master and Bills of Material (BOMs) and Agile PPM owned tasks to maintain data integrity.- Enforce Herbalife's Data Management policies and procedures.- Able to give and receive positive and constructive feedback.Job Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:- Knowledge of engineering change process, bill of material structure and revision control in a manufacturing environment.- Excellent inter-personal skills, to communicate and collaborate efficiently with project teams, cross functional department associates and internal/external partners.- The ability to execute tasks and prioritize workload for effective implementation.- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.**Experience**:- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.- 3 years' experience in EC/O management.- Strong understanding of the bill of material structure and document control standards- Strong understanding of implementing changes in production, i.E. managing a change review/implementation board, stock disposition, etc
