.Overview:A quality analyst evaluates loan products, lending systems, and other programs to ensure communication and documentation are free of defects and meet the quality standards of the organization.- Analyze quality reporting trends & behaviors and share findings with Operations- Review QA weekly/monthly results with Operations, Compliance & Training- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved- Communicate changes in QA policies and procedures- Analyze trends & behaviors to create action plans for process enhancements- Work with remote teams and vendors- Follow established review processes and internal controls- Update trackers/reports as necessary to review results on policies, procedures, and regulations**Responsibilities**:A QA Analyst is responsible to review customer and loan information for accuracy and facilitate calibration meetings and weekly coaching sessions with team members and supervisors.
