Overview: STATEMENT:The Sr. Analyst Facilities Project must develop a Master Plan for space design and coordination of execution according to internal standards and applicable regulations for Herbalife Mexico buildings, will be responsible for control of digital plans including architectural information and support infrastructure, will support in the development and control of budgets related to infrastructure improvement projects and is responsible for the validation of the execution of projects in accordance with design and budget controlDETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Analyze the needs to improve the infrastructure and construction of the project and propose its execution in accordance with the Master Plan and business needs.2. Generation of conceptual projects, virtual tours and three-dimensional views3. Analyze, together with the management and financial team, the feasibility of changes in the project.4. Coordinate the engineering and design of the different areas involved in the project.5. Participate in the validation of project suppliers and contractors.6. Communication management of those involved in the project, before, during and after the project design process.7. Validate that the project design processes adhere to the policies established by the company.8. Compliance with human resources, security, purchasing and facilities policies9. Compliance with the reporting requirements to management and department management10. Process purchase requests in the company's systems and processes.Job Qualifications:SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Validate that the work of suppliers and contractors complies with what is described in the scope of work of the project (marks, quality, description and observations).- Responsible for the project processes, from the conception of the project to its closure (planning of activities, carrying out schedules, review and validation of the architecture and engineering project, start-up planning, contract review, planning and start of execution, communication management with those involved in the project, supervision and control of the project, control of changes, reports of physical progress, financial progress, closure of activities.)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:Technical skills- Architectural Design- Microsoft Project - Desirable- Virtual tours - Desirable- 3D modeling - Desirable- AutoCAD- Excel- PowerPoint.Soft skills- Customer Service- Decision making- High level of negotiation- Personnel Administration- Leadership- Effective communication- Analysis skills- Results oriented- Problem resolution- Empathy and social skillsLanguages:Intermediate English - Desirable**Experience**:Minimum experience of two years in construction, administration and supervision in corporate, commercial and industrial projects, work program, financial control, supervision of quality works, design and knowledge of construction processes.**Education**:- Bachelor of Architecture- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
