Overview:
THE ROLE: To be a business partner to support in commercial activities and decisions, by providing analysis and advise to all management levels of medium to large size markets. There are 2 large and 2 medium sized markets covering more than +80% of volume of each cone. These markets in turn have complex structures hence demanding high exposure to senior management and commercial operations by SFAs.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job) *limit to 8-10 bullets
- Responsible for revenue and cost forecasting and budgeting for medium/large size or group of markets
- Monthly tracking of actual expenses, accruals and update of country plans
- Work closely with business stakeholders, including country and department heads, to ensure that they have solid foundations for decision making
- Prepare monthly business performance presentations updating on key areas of financial and non-financial impacts related to financial planning
- Understand key sales metrics and support volume planning process
- This position will be responsible of managing the biggest markets in SAMCAM, they also will need to negotiate with the management of those regions and present the key sales metrics.
- Additionally, there will be bigger projects in relation to spring board commercial ideas and margin improvements, this position is the responsible of manage and develop those projects from begin to end.

Will be part of a newly formed team that focuses on supporting commercial activities, using their expertise and communication skills to assist Management to reach informed strategic decisions, resulting in revenue growth and profitability.

Job Qualifications:

**Skills**:1. Strong business partnering attitude and appetite to analyze commercial ideas, demonstrating good written and verbal communication in English and influence through effective relationships
3. Proficiency in financial reporting, modelling and analysis with experience in relevant systems
4. Good attention to detail, ability to navigate through financial tasks, embracing 'roll-up the sleeve' can-do approach with good work ethic and the agility to adapt to evolving priorities
**Experience**:
2-3 years experience in financial planning & reporting, modelling and analysis within an International or Multinational company of a US parent
**Education**:
Degree (or part qualified equivalent / professional) qualification in Finance, Economics or related field
