.Sr Analyst, Global Operations FinanceLOCATION: Guadalajara SSCREPORTS TO: Sr Manager, Operations PMO FinanceCore Responsibilities:- Interact and give analysis services to Global Operations Finance team members, as well as interact with Operations team members.- Participate in problem solving and team activities.- Clearly identify internal customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction both in the GOF team and in the Global Operations area.- Support Global Operations Finance processes:- Supply Chain costs visibility (led by the Procurement Finance Manager)- Head Count and People Cost visibility, Bill Of Materials standardization, downgrades / reserves / inventory reporting/standardization of policies (led by the Cost Accounting Sr Manager)- NSS standardization and standard outlook accuracy measurement (led by the Operations and Finance Strategy Sr. Manager)- Participate on special finance projects area, CAPEX projects visualization and analytics, plants financial ratios analytics, plants data base update (led by the Operations PMO Finance Sr. Manager)- Accelerate on Power BI use overall- Monthly reporting package- Different types of analyses as required- More than 2 years of experience in CAPEX financial evaluations, financial model analysis, reports, in a multinational environment and in public companies and ideally in the manufacturing sector.- Conversational English level.- Ability to analyze financial data and results, financial and strategic impacts for making business decisions.- Great proficiency in the general MS Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.), as well as experience with MS Power BI.- Experience in SAP, SAP BW and SAP BPC is desired.- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.- Experience in finance in fast-paced work environments.- Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and take advantage of opportunities.- Desirable experience in Power Steering.The Global Operations Finance Analyst position is right for you if you:- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients across the Ingredion offices in all regions to facilitate communication and solve business needs.- Possess analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Have provable ability to manage multiple projects at once.- Have extensive experience working in a team.- Are capable of meeting established deadlines.- Adapt to changes and be open to new ideas and approaches.Company Background:Ingredion is a Fortune 500 provider of ingredient solutions that helps nourish, comfort, sustain, and delight people around the world.
