Sr Analyst IT Business SystemsFG: Jefatura (H)Location: Ciudad de México**Report lines**:IT position that supports the Sales Organization by providing support and delivering solution and fixes to the different issues faced by their users, whilst also contributing to enhancing and develop a more resilient and reliable solution.**Main Purpose of the JOB**- Provide IT support to the OSPREY solution; analysis and troubleshoot of issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and deliver fixes to the issues reported.- Collaborate with other teams in the development, testing and delivery of enhancements and changes.- Contribute to the evolution of the solution by providing input in the definition of the technical and integration roadmaps.**Measurements/ Performance indicators**- Analysis and delivery of fixes to issues raised by the users.- Deployment of fixes and enhancements on time and quality**Critical Experiences**What experiences are key to success in this job?- Experience working with SAP (ERP) as a support/ consulting member- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels in the organization- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams- Strong solution integration knowledge- Proven record of identifying and implementing successful projects with positive business results- Proficient in coordination of project activities- Experience in CPG industry (desirable)- Experience working with TPM solutions (desirable)
