The Senior Analyst - M&AD Transaction Execution will ensure that the overall project or program objectives are clearly defined, developed, and then met.
These projects and programs are by nature, highly complex and characterized by multi-faceted change and pace and have significant business acceleration benefits and impacts.

**What you'll be doing**
- Serve as a key resource to execute integration/divestiture activities as part of large and complex acquisitions and divestitures.
Responsibilities can include some or all of the following.
- Drive the development and execution of integration plans by working with various teams to define activity sequence, estimate duration and determine schedules.
- Effectively developing and executing activities through the coordination and communication between IT (Information Technology) and business groups.
- Identify risks and developing strategic solutions for critical issues uncovered during the M&A and integration process.
- Reporting, and holding the team accountable to ensure effective and timely execution of activities.
- Lead, coach and develop a matrixed and cross-functional team including the most senior individual contributors.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as budgeting, business financial and P&L (Profit and Loss Statement) skills.
**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 5+ years in a technical environment.
Multiple certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Technical background with knowledge of software and web technologies.
- Working knowledge of product development architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Methodologies
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work with large matrix teams
- Change management/project management experience
