Your role at Clorox:
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Workday reporting service queue, responding to users' reporting requests in a timely an efficient manner.
- Support operational analysis for HR Partners with new or existing Workday reporting, discovery boards, and worklets.
- Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to define data/report requirements, design, develop and deliver reporting solutions.
- Develop complex reporting through composite and matrix reports, calculated field, report groups and report drilling.
- Organize and manage custom reports in Workday to minimize ad-hoc requests and to ensure consistency in naming, descriptions, and tagging.
- Configure, maintain, and support key operational dashboards in Workday and ServiceNow.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users to support self-service reporting and data literacy.
- Regularly review and optimize report performance for efficiency and accuracy.
- Know the latest Workday releases, trends, and industry-standard methodologies, proactively seeking opportunities for reporting optimization and process improvements.

What we look for:
- At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence reporting, advanced reporting and analytics or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience with Workday Reporting; certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes, with a focus on report development. Understanding of Workday security is highly desired.
- Great communication skills. English, advanced.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Predictive Analytics.
- Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. building macro-enabled sheets).
- Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with mínimal guidance.
- Good attention to detail and dedication to maintaining data accuracy and security.
- Highest level of professional maturity to work with confidential and sensitive data.
