JOB SUMMARYLead, monitor and supervise team members to help achieve goals. Motivate and inspire team members, promote positive communication, and encourage bonding of team members. Provides training and process improvement. Is a key member of the conflict resolution escalation path.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESResource for the level 1 and 2s within designated pods. Acts as a point of contact in the escalation path. Mentors and guides pod members towards meeting goals/metrics.Troubleshoot through Zendesk ticket resolution and help redirect tickets not assigned to a specific pod.Collaborate with plants, supply planning, and logistics to ensure a seamless flow of inventory.Coordinate and follow-up with plant operations and warehousing regarding late orders, material outages, and/or special projects.Monitor late orders, backorders, aging Zendesk tickets, and service level agreements.Collaborate with demand planning to understand the impact of forecast changes and translate demand plan into inventory needs. Communicate with peers and escalate to leadership team when potential supply issues arise.Utilize system-generated reports to determine priorities, to identify and resolve potential issues, and to confirm/communicate results.Create ad hoc reporting when needed. Perform weekly root cause analysis.Participate in weekly/monthly sales calls as needed.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTSEducationBachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field.Work ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in operations and/or supply chain.Experience communicating with internal and external business partners and cross functional teams at various levels. Experience applying concepts of basic algebra and/or statistics.Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesIntermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (for example: designing and creating simple queries, modifying data types, adding dates, working with required fields and/or creating labels).PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTSCertification / LicensureAPICS certification.Work ExperienceExperience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.Experience interpreting and communicating results of analysis to various audiences.Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/project is accomplished within tight timeframes.Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions.Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $32,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
