RCI Activities: Preparing equipment for new waves of call center operations, which includes the following tasks: Operating System installation Configuring equipment on LAN Creating LAN accounts Setting up emails Configuring access to corporate tools Providing end-to-end user support, both remotely and on-site Following up through ServiceNow Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing and telephony equipment Telephony administration (preferably CXONE or similar such as Avaya, etc.)
