Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Ensure compliance with Medline's Entity Projects Follow-up, Execution, Monitor, Control & Deliveries.Support on maintaining customs policies, ensuring a current exclusive implementation to evolving global needs, local regulations and policies, and corporate standards at Medline global manufacturing facilities.Support and track the compliance for import of components, machinery, samples, bran material, and any material in which the process requires import.Support and track the compliance for the export of finished product, components, machinery, sub-assemblies, and any material in which the process requires export.Support for Control & Compliance on Certifications, Renewals, and audits for VAT, Immex, C-Tpat, Prosec, etc.Design profitable methods for the correct control for Cross Border Operations, developing improvement and savings projects.Implement internal procedures.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Trade Compliance, International Business, or related field.Work Experience:5+ years of experience in Project Management related to Customs Trade Compliance.5+ years of experience in Customs Trade Compliance, particularly in operations.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Intermediate English.Experience in supporting projects for Immex authorizations, Prosec, Health Permits, and related roles.Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5+ years of experience in Annex 24 & 30.Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
