Sr Assoc, Digital Project Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with Capstone and business teams to ensure operational excellence
- Drive programs to streamline and optimize AMS and SOX requirements
- Identify areas of inefficiencies and report out to leadership with recommendations for improvement
- Maintain excellent business relationships between BU stakeholders and DSS leadership team.
- Coordinate and manage resourcing requirements for programs that require Capstone engagement
- Build and understand support transition plans and manage risks associated with project planning
- Drive quarterly/annual SOX testing requirements and manage all associated tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Project Management experience within SDLC teams
- Recognize what status programs are in to drive initiatives and collaborate with Scrum Masters
- MS Office suite skills
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Experience managing partner vendors
- Ability to be a self-starter

**Plusses**:

- Working knowledge within Salesforce, ServiceMax, and/or Shopify environments
- Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) understanding
