**As a Payroll Senior Analyst, you will handle end-to-end routine payroll duties for salaried and hourly personnel across all locations in the US. You will adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as Local, State and Federal regulations. You will be the first point of contact on all payroll inquiries from internal staff, management team and external businesses, and assist in the processing of all year-end payroll filings according to the specific deadlines.**:
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for payroll activities to ensure accurate and on-time processing.
- Prepares and processes payroll and time and attendance transactions.
- Manages and maintains payroll data, systems and schedules, and assists in the reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts by collecting and analyzing information to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Understands, follows and implements payroll controls, policies, reporting requirements and wage and hour laws.
- Collects inputs for, and responds to, inquiries to clarify issues.
- Guides, advises and provides data for payroll audits, reconciliations and projects to ensure compliance and timely completion.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient English conversation (strong writing & reading).
- 3 years of related experience in a payroll position within a national organization.
- Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles.
- College Education in a related discipline (Office Administration, basic Accounting, Payroll).
- Must have knowledge of the globalview (ADP) SAP based payroll system.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Sound knowledge of Payroll Administration and Human Resources practices and procedures.
- Good human relations and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal personnel.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
