To learn more, visit www.Traxretail.Com.ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and CoordinationSupport the planning and organization of B2B events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate meetings, ensuring that each event runs smoothly from start to finish (e.G., pre-event marketing plan, registration, consistent communication, creation of executive summary, leading pre and post-event calls, ordering signage, ordering swag, reserving event space, etc.).Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, marketing, product) and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are efficiently communicated and deadlines are met.Develop and manage each event's timeline, agenda, executive summary, lead tracking spreadsheets, and task lists, ensuring all sales teams are aligned.Understand and track the budget for each event, ensuring that all activities are executed within financial constraints while still achieving positive return on investment.Marketing and PromotionResponsible for collaborating with the design team to create briefs for event marketing materials, including invitations, promotional emails, social media assets, one-pagers, handouts, event brochures, etc.Oversee and execute pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on email campaigns.Maintain open and effective communication with attending teams by sharing relevant updates, ensuring knowledge transfer, and updating event-related content across internal platforms and social media
