Sr Associate - Finance (Payroll Accounting)

Summary:The Accounting Analyst for this position is a key member of Payroll team in permanent communication with HR, SSC and Local Finance.This role is responsible to control, monitor and process payroll end to end process for Mexico and Costa Rica.
Key contact for the internal and external audits, anticipating any potential local and legal contingency.- Process payroll payment requests- Account Reconciliations- Attend requirements from auditors and fiscal authorities- Handle pension plan and saving fond together with HR- Monitor the compliance of policies, timelines and schedules- Attend Enquiries from employees- Relationship with Banks and Fiduciary- Direct relation with Accounts Payable, Treasury and AccountingRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:- Accounting or administrative profile- Ability to build influential partnerships throughout the organization- Embraces change and views challenges as business opportunities- Relates openly and builds productive relationships with a wide variety of people regardless of position of background- Influence people and vendors, and provides guidance to achieve common goals- Adapt at flexible and creative problem-solving- Able to appropriately push back and challenge the status quo- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and systems- Bachelor's degree required; Accounting/Administrative
