In this vital role you will be responsible of:- Assisting in the development of healthcare economic information materials to Mexican payers for oncology products.- Developing Payer value propositions for products & HEOR slide decks for field teams.- Assisting in developing HEOR strategic and tactical plans for products in development and commercialized products across therapeutic areas.- Assisting in elaborating value dossiers for submission to CSG and inclusion on the compendium.- Partnering with medical information on dossiers, medical information letters, etc.- Leading observational research projects and managing vendors, contracts and budget.- Preparing protocols for internal approvals and engage reviewers during approval process.- Contributing to HEOR publications including abstracts, posters and manuscripts.- Data dissemination for specific research projects - includes external and internal stakeholders, managing the publication planning process.- Communication and training of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) content.- Developing digital communication with stakeholders.**Outputs**:- Local product related Access.- Develop influencer map for payer and KOLs (Payers, HE, HC Providers, Physicians)- Achieve financial and technical KPIs for projects and initiatives.**Win**:**What we expect of you**:We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The hard-working professional we seek would have acquired the knowledge and skills vital to perform the duties of this position through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.**Basic Qualifications**:- ** Academic education in Q.F.B., Q.F.I., Epidemiology, Health Services Research or Healthcare administration.**:- 5+ years of experience in a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology company, healthcare institution or related consultancy entity with desired experience in the therapeutic area of Oncology/Hematology. Experience with government or insurers could be homologated.- Strong understanding of Mexican healthcare system with experience in this environment.- Proficiency in oral and written English.- Solid project management skills for multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues to propose innovative solutions
