Daily reconciliations are performed to identify variances between the OPUS (point of sale system) activity and bank deposits.- Work with store personnel, bank, courier and asset protection for the research.- All research and corrections of these variances are facilitated and/or performed by the Analyst.(1) correct misapplied payments, (2) correct duplicated charges, (3) monitor deposits being delivered to bank, (4) reporting analysis, (5) journal entries.- High school diploma and GED preferred- Specialized skill training or certification may be required- Customer service- Data analyst- Detail oriented- Excel and accounting knowledge.- The position will have daily interaction with retail store management and personnel therefore fluent in English is a requirement.
