Sr Attorney

Solve client's problems by offering advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues.
You will serve the interests of the corporation and may be called upon to provide business advice.
You will receive requests for legal advice from business leaders and HR partners and deciding on the most appropriate responses to make to these requests.
Your practice area will be focused on Corporate Law.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze legal documents
- Perform due diligence
- Mitigate potential legal issues
- Negotiate
- Consulting
- Interpret laws and regulations
- Legal research
- Support business legal matters

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Law Degree
- Advanced English
- Contracts or Corporate law specialization
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a multinational company
- Contracts negotiation experience
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
