This role requires a deep understanding of both software development and IT operations, along with expertise in various automation tools and technologies.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.Configure and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.Collaborate with development teams to optimize application architecture for scalability, reliability, and performance.Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Automate testing processes and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability of development and deployment processes.Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and design scalable solutions.Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)5 + years of experience in software development, IT operations, or a related field.Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools such as Terraform.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
