They are the global leaders in their industry. Company designed, developed and patented their medical device products and processes. Their facilities are fully automated high volume high mix production lines, using the latest technologies in automation: complex plc structures, robotics, vision systems, 3D laser stereolithography, fabricating hundreds of thousands of unique pieces, that must all be identified and marked individually, then packaged in their respective patient sets. All of this is accomplished in a FDA regulated, 24 x 7 environment.
Their automation group designs, develops and fabricates all of their production lines, in support of their plants in the region and globally. The Engineer selected to lead this team will be a proven SME in automated systems. Defining the parameters, design of the equipment, programming, fabricating then validating the equipment installed equipment in their facilities.
Critical sills include:
3D printing, Robotics, Laser marking systems, highly automated production lines, Database, CNC Machines, Coordinated moving systems, RFID systems, Vision systems and Ultraviolet and Infrared systems. Programming skills for the Robotics, PLC Controllers, and peripheral equipment is required.
The team consists of several Engineering Supervisors and design engineers. Total group is around 20 engineers.
Company is well known and the leader in the industry. Their compensation package is exceptional.
