Align and support each Business Unit to ensure we are achieving goals on both.What a typical day looks like:Lead the planning and implementation of an automation project, facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Define project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Work effectively with leadership, design and engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements for Growth and Productivity by using the Automation process.Define clear process requirements to automate processes that allow achieving goals with ROI, investment cost, scalable solutions, etc.Build financial models (i.E., Microsoft Excel); conduct quantitative and qualitative business, market, and competitor analysis; help identify and assess existing and new market initiatives as they relate to Growth.Search for potential customers or potential projects, specific customer management and communication.Estimate project budget and control the cost within the budget.Collaboration with other functions to comply with laws and rules (Information Security, Finance, EHS, ESD, CE, UL, etc).Be a key spokesperson to advocate core product capabilities and potential opportunities. Effectively participate in promotion activities internally and with customers to represent various industry products, solutions, and value propositions.The experience we're looking to add to our team:BA/BS/MBA in Engineering electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, or similar.Advanced experience in Project Management with PMI Certificate (Project Management Institution).Knowledge in Automation-Maintenance and Engineering, technical savvy, system-oriented, great attitude towards machines & processes & manufacturing
