As a Sr Back End Engineer, you will have exposure leading software projects and your responsibilities will be:
Design, build and maintain efficient, neat, and reliable Ruby code. Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
Work with 3rd party SAAS applications and vendors.
Participate in work meetings from the kick-off for the conceptualization of the plan to be carried out until the launch of the assigned projects in conjunction with the Product team and other participating areas.
Prepare and present, to the product and engineering teams, the technical evaluations of assigned projects.
Mentor Jr. Software Engineers throughout the development of the projects you will lead.
Provide feedback on project's PRs.
Be customer-focused, think as a one of our users. Proactively tackle potential improvements and customer pain points.
Proactively participate in Engineering alignment meetings.
Musts
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years of working experience with any major web framework.
You have worked in a FinTech company
You have collaborated with Growth teams
