As the dedicated Digital Analytics expert within the Analytics team, a deep understanding of data, forging strong partnerships with business stakeholders, and optimizing campaigns will be vital to creating user experiences and maximizing conversion efficiencies across multiple channels and behavioral data.We are seeking a driven individual with experience in Digital Optimization/Analytics.
This individual will serve as the subject matter expert in Digital Analytics and provide strategic guidance in all related partnerships across the digital product organization to produce highly measurable, scalable, and sustainable results.
This role will also be responsible for developing lifecycle strategies via Adobe's analytics ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target suite.QualificationsPosition Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsFamiliarity with Adobe Analytics with proficiencies in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
Additional familiarity with other Digital Analytics tools like Google Analytics, PiwikPro, etc.
and their MarTech integration capabilities are a bonus.Set up A/B tests (including inception, % test vs. control recommendations and scaling gates/plans).Lead insight executions and ensure timely agile delivery of strategic recommendations for stakeholder planning and road-mapping.Provide analytical monitoring, suggestions, and guidance for digital team including KPIs and success metrics for individual tests, projects, and recommendations around decisions based on deep data analysis within all unique segments.Deliver measurement recommendations, solution design, and technical specifications for digital analytics tracking based on a detailed understanding of the stakeholder's needs and business questions.Partner with, guide, and educate team members for self-service data and analytics needs to create a data-savvy culture.Create standard reporting, dashboards, and metrics so that everybody is telling the same story with confidence, accuracy, and alignment
