Support FP&A processes – Budget, Forecasting, long range planning, etc.
assisting management in strategic and operational decision makingDrive improved management reporting - work with supported finance teams to more discreetly and accurately track financial resultsDrive existing dashboards/reports– analyze financial results, distill and synthesize issues, communicate key messages to supported finance teamsUse of financial systems (ASPIRE, SAP, etc.)
to manage and perform analysis of financial resultsIdentify, prioritize, and lead process improvements to drive value creationParticipate in ad-hoc projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related analytical disciplineAt least five (3) years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) rolesRequirements: Excellent analytical and communication skills (including the ability to synthesize, simplify, and convey story with clear and concise messages)Take ownership for the work and intelligently challenge the status quoAbility to understand the bigger picture (i.e.
