Sr. Business Analyst (Em-G-A)

The family is now looking to add versatile team members to its fast growing team. We are currently looking for a BA/QA member to help us restructure our QA process and maintain our client facing skills.Key responsibilitiesAs a _Sr. Business Analyst_, you responsibilities will be:- Analyze client given documents- Create feature list based on feature priority- Clarify feature functionality to the development team- Make sure all sprint goals are achieved- Collaborate in test plan creation- Create test cases- Execute test cases and provide test feedback and results- Follow up on bugs in case it is needed- Provide a status on tasks, blockers and goals**Requirements**:- Basic knowledge of the software development process- Experience in defining business requirements- Good analyzing skills- Experience in agile or scrum- Experience in creating backlogs- Experience writing user stories- Tech document writing experience- Advanced English and great communication skillsPreferred skills- Testing experience- Basic knowledge of test cycle- Basic knowledge of bug cycle**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- Eight Days of vacation per year, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone Reimbursement- Transportation Allowance
