The Sr. Business Consultant is part of Digital and Transformation's Fincorp organization and is focused on intercompany process and compliance. This role will require specific and heavy accounting skills, oversight of key accounts, and interaction with senior-level financial stakeholders.
Applications: SAP S4, Advanced Excel and Power point, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Power point.
Experience: 15+ years post-Graduation. Intercompany, GL, FPA experience is desirable.
Qualification: Graduation/Post graduation in Accounting/Business/Finance. Qualified Accounting course - CPA/ACCA/CIMA.
Skillset: Analytical, Finance, Digital acumen, effective verbal, and oral communication.

- Identifies opportunities where IT can deliver cost-effective, standardized solutions to cater to the needs of multiple business, function, or geography entities.
- Leverages extensive domain-specific business acumen to propel engagement in large-scale IT undertakings.
- Participates in major IT projects, ensuring business and regional stakeholders are effectively communicated with and integrated.
- Initiates and nurtures relationships with influential decision-makers positioned at the highest levels of the business, function, geography, or organization, alongside key tactical leaders.
- Recognizes the demand for new IT processes and substantial enhancements to major IT processes and spearheads their development and implementation.
- Communicates project status to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place.
- Advocates for the proliferation of best practices developed from interactions between businesses, functions, or geographies and other counterparts.
- Engages in strategic business planning where IT's influence is pronounced and shapes the overarching business strategies of customer organizations.
- Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business
- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field.
