Sr. Business Consultant Supply Chain/LogisticsJoin a team recognized for leadership, innovation, and diversity.The Senior Business Consultant is the primary consultant, the solution expert, and the industry expert during the pre-sales and design phase of the sales process. Working closely with the customer, the Senior Business Consultant will identify business opportunities and propose solutions of value, interacting with various customer representatives ranging from executives, senior operations management, IT representatives, warehouse operations management, and end-users throughout the pre-sales process.Complex, in-depth technical support and product assistance in the selection portion of the sales process defining and documenting the proposed Honeywell Voice system application(s). Process design, analysis, and/or proposing new processes; and is also accountable to schedule and document the detailed knowledge transfer to the Honeywell Voice Implementation Project Manager of the system that is integrated into the customer's environment.Key Responsibilities:Provides consultative recommendations as well as integration and application design input to the prospect or customer. This includes presenting sales demonstrations with a focus on proactive promotion of business case solutions.Prepares and validates "Return on Investment" analyses for each project pre-sales and post-implementation.Assists with training partners to increase their ability to sell, implement, and support Honeywell Voice solutions.Documents the initial system design and application requirements during the presales process; generates the initial system architecture documents; plus works with the Implementation Project Manager (IPM) to obtain the required budgetary estimates relating to New Feature Requests and system change requests.Provides internal Product Development group with customer feedback for the improvement of existing products and the development of future products.
