What He Will Be Working OnDevelop Accounts: with the focus on Nearshoring China market of companies already established in Mexico territory (following UF MX definition) new business acquisition and expansion selling UF Mexico brokerage and/or customs solutions depending on his/her area of expertise.Develop Accounts: with the focus on Nearshoring China market of companies planning to establish operations in Mexico territory (following UF MX definition) new business acquisition and expansion selling UF Mexico brokerage and/or customs solutions depending on his/her area of expertise.Focus on China market developing a pipeline of companies looking to establish manufacturing operations in Mexico. The pipeline will consist of National Accounts and Midmarket accounts from different sectors; mainly manufacturing and automotive; not excluding home appliance, electronics, and other industries.Develop the relationship and marketing strategy with selected China Agent to build the prospect pipeline, attend fairs & exhibitions and events in China to increase pipeline.Develop International CST (to be defined frequency) consistent Customer Sales TRAVELs to China to promote Uber Freight capabilities and develop pipeline.Develop National CST (to be defined frequency) consistent Customer Sales TRAVELs to different regions in Mexico (such as: North, Bajío and Centro Regions) to promote Uber Freight capabilities and develop pipeline with China established companies.Close & implement business opportunities with new National and Midmarket Accounts customers to meet/ exceed his/her individual and team's sales goals based on Nearshoring China strategy.RequirementsChinese language fluent/nativeChinese culture proficientLiving in Mexico (ideally Monterrey & Mx City but open to other cities for the right talent)Spanish and/or English speakerSales and new business development experience (+3 years)With an active network in China#J-18808-Ljbffr
