**Position Responsibilities**:
- Data Collection and Cleaning: _
- Extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by removing irrelevant information.
- Classify and organize data for further analysis.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: _
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets.
- Translate findings into meaningful insights.
- Database Management: _
- Develop and manage data systems and databases.
- Implement strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Maintain data sources and ensure data integrity.
- Data Visualization: _
- Master data visualization tools to create easily understandable graphs.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making through visual representations.
- Collaboration and Problem-solving
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Offer practical solutions based on data analysis.
- Contribute to high-level problem-solving initiatives.
**How will you do it?**
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for analytical reporting.
- Champion the effective utilization of BI data and drive process automation initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Drive efficiencies by elimination of repetitive data mining and improve accessibility of detailed financial data. Recommend improvements where applicable.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, automated reports, and dashboards that align with business performance metrics.
- Participates in the analysis of root causes and focuses on creating permanent solutions.
- Participates in design sessions, contributing to the overall design.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business analytics) is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into concise and meaningful insights
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings effectively.
- Experience in process automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
- Experience with different ERPS & Azure is a plus
