.**Job Description**:Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basisPartner with Program Managers to represent purchasing and communicate program requirements/vehicle line overview.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ability to work effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally and build relationships- Experience within electrical and harnesses.- Experience handling commercial issues with suppliers and assessing supplier performance- Proven competence in negotiating skills- Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsPREFERRED CRITICAL SKILLS:- Automotive industry experience- Knowledge of procurement software- Knowledge of materials management- Capable of interpreting market data- Able to read blueprints and to understand basic engineering documents**Additional Job Description**:The role is complex in nature, with a high degree of initiative, analytical work and independent judgment, additional responsibilities : Clear understanding of variations in the new product development process.Activities related to project tendering, component strategy and cross - functional coordination and alignment for supplier selection, including the analysis of the associated documentation of both the company and suppliers.
