This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.Your role at Baxter!The Market Planner is responsible for inventory management at Country/Cluster level, supply exceptions, and leadership of communication between the Commercial Team, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Network and Demand Planners, and Fulfillment team to mitigate gaps between inventory and customers' demand in the short/middle term. The Market Planner's scope includes risk and product allocation management.What you'll be doingManagement of import or manufactured finished goods, machines, or spare parts through relationships with international and intercompany suppliers and other external entities.Analyze planning projections through the use of planning tools. The Market Planner will visualize planning projections according to codes catalog, supplier, and business unit.Responsible for planning parameters in the planning tool, ensuring they are aligned with reality: lead times, safety stocks, and QA releases.Support activities regarding Change Control for new or existing products.Guarantee KPI accomplishments such as inventory level, cash flow, customer service level, backorders, discard, and Supply Chain expenses.Lead communication strategies for partners regarding supply risks and lead new product launches and product phase-outs within the market.Identify and implement improvement projects aimed at optimizing inventory levels.Management of financial complaints (Product in Hold) and complaints for QA issues in machines.What you'll bringBachelor's degree and 3-4+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Imported Planning, Finished goods planning, and inventory planning for different plants in a global environment.Experience tracking orders per country for manufacturing, inventories, and backorders.Advanced Excel and proficient English are required.APICS certification is helpful.Knowledge of planning tools is a must; familiarity with ERP software is essential.Conflict management skills and a passion for improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
