This is Where We Save and Sustain Lives Your role at Baxter. Main objective of the position: Ensure the timely supply of necessary products for patients in the different markets of cluster Mexico, giving timely follow-up from the assignment, shipment, arrival and disposal of product, in order to have adequate coverage and optimization of resources (time, shipping costs, cash flow) and thus support the business and its objectives.

What you'll be doing Foster a culture of compliance and ethical business practices in the organization.Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect and correct violations of the law, Baxter policies and code of conduct.Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy and support processes, ensuring employee induction and training.Identify compliance and legal risks of Baxter in the country/cluster.Periodic reviews with the Network Planner for the review of supply risks for their timely solution that does not impact the market.Preparation of financial exercises to ensure product availability and compliance with the company's cash flow.Effective communication with stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Quality, Regulatory Affairs) related to sourcing risks and opportunities; supporting the growth of the portfolio in the different countries.Plan and supply imported finished product, products from third party suppliers, machines, printed materials and other supplies, connecting the associated activities to local procedures.Ensure compliance with management indicators such as inventory level, inventory turnover, customer service level, backorder, discard and chain costs of the lines in charge.Manage inventory and implement inventory efficiency projects.Compliance with the processes of the Quality Management System as well as internal, local and global audits.What you'll bring Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Systems Engineering or related career.1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, including logistics of products that can be manufactured, raw materials, finished products or medical equipment.Advanced English is a must.Blue or Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification desirable.Knowledge of ERP and/or planning tools.Excel Advanced.Competencies: Communication.Focus on clientele.Quality in decisions.Self-management.Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.Management of ambiguity.Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
