**Your role at Baxter**:

As Senior Buyer you will supply the materials, equipment and indirect services that the company requires, aligning with the needs of the internal client, at the best cost, with quality and at the right time.
Administration of purchasing activities and administration of materials suppliers and services related to the Logistics category for Mexico, Puerto Rico and Central America of Baxter and its affiliated companies, including the subcategories of Warehousing, Transportation, EHS among other Logistics Services.
**What you'll be doing**:
1. We promote compliance with standards and ethical business practices in the organization.
2. We develop market and industry analysis, benchmarking, define supplier profiles, carry out and conduct bidding and processes, contract administration, administration and monitoring of key performance indicators.
3. We generate reports on suppliers and savings to present to the steering committee, give to the generation of Dashboard and guarantee monitoring indicators, build savings opportunities.
4. We help to promote savings opportunities through tenders, at the same time, maintain ethical principles and achieve savings objectives.
5. Write monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for inventories, purchases, reserves.
6. Lead and/or participate in improvement projects.
9. We develop strong and ethical relationships with suppliers

**What you'll bring**:
1. Graduated in business administration, industrial engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of overall business and/or procurement experience.
