Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityAs a Sr Channel Sales Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for optimizing the sales operations processes within our channel sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through our distribution and partner channels. Your expertise in sales operations, data analysis, and process improvement will be instrumental in streamlining operations of our channel programs, enhancing sales efficiency, and driving overall business success. You will report directly to our ESS Sr Director Channel Excellence and you'll work out of our office in Mexico City on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance by ensuring smooth operations, analyzing channel data, and implementing strategies to improve sales effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align sales operations with overall business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Manage and optimize sales operations processes within the channel sales team •Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance and revenue growth •Develop and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall business objectives •Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance sales efficiency •Provide support and guidance to the channel sales team and channel partners on partner portals and channel programs YOU MUST HAVE •Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales operations or related roles •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams WE VALUE •Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field •Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry •Knowledge of sales operations best practices •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD235494Category: Sales Excellence and SupportRelocation Tier: Not ApplicableSecurity Clearance: Aviation Authority (FAA for US): Band: 03Referral Bonus: 20000Requisition Type: Standard RequisitionUS Citizenship: FLSA Statement: FLSA CODE: Exempt
