As a Sr. FORMULATOR you will develop, transfer and/or adapt packaging coating formulations, ensuring product competitiveness through Quality and Cost.
Comply with the systems and processes established for the operation of the Technical Laboratory and solve technical and quality problems throughout the supply chain, supporting the launch of new products in the customer's line and the production process to ensure product performance in the testing and commercialization phase.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop coating formulations for the Packaging business unit.
- Adapt coating formulations to improve product performance on customer lines.
- Optimize formulations to maintain a high level of performance of formulations approved for manufacturing.
- Propose alternatives for formulation cost reduction.
- Manage the activities under his charge to ensure the operation of the area with high levels of efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure a high level of efficiency in the launching of new products in the line of our customers.
- To ensure a quick response to quality problems in the customer's line or in production.
**Qualifications**
- Verifiable experience of 4 to 6 years in the area of Research and Development in Packaging Coatings.
- Fluent English.
- Quality tools.
- Knowledge of the physical-chemical characteristics of Solvents, Resins, Pigments and Additives used in the formulation of coatings.
