Will be responsible and accountable for managing all legal documents related to on-boarding, managing of on-going issues or terminating distributors, and will coordinate with SecuriMate administrator to ensure all clients/customers are current with training, compliance certificates and other contractual obligations as required.Take an inventory of all current legal documents we have for all LATAM markets and maintain, update and keep current internal records of such documents. Some examples of the legal contracts are the following, but not limited to, distribution agreements, terms and conditions, amendments, servicing agreements, equipment placement agreements, letters of authorization, as well as local contracts for hospitals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, excellent Excel skills with reporting expertise, a disciplined approach to document/records management and a positive "can-do" attitude. He or she will participate in and contribute to the development and on-going review of relevant processes, guidelines and procedures relating to the Company's commercial contracting practices. He or she will manage and update (as needed) contracts and contract templates in close coordination with and as approved by the legal and compliance teams.The successful candidate will support all LATAM business lines in various markets. It is expected that the position will use his/her tech-savvy skills, professionalism and knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, DocuSign, SalesForce.Com to create efficiencies within current processes and help provide informative and transparent reporting to management.Principal ResponsibilitiesAdministratively manages all Confidentiality Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Amendments, Terms and Conditions, letters of authorization, and Master Distribution Agreements. All documents will be reviewed with director, sales operations and internal legal counsel before releasing to clients.Notary and apostille
