To continue scaling our non-traditional compensation philosophy we need a LATAM Compensation Sr. Analyst that can work without conventional compensation structures and enable our partners to determine the personal top of the market for each individual using data, insights, and resources that we can provide. This requires a skill set that can thrive in an ambiguous environment.This role will be based in Mexico City and report to the Compensation Sr. Manager LATAM (located in Brazil).- This role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and, in some cases, business leaders to consult on all things related to compensation. It will also provide valuable analytics to support compensation decisions while providing insight into the industry as a whole.**In this role, you will**:- Support in daily activities including data analytics, analysis, and delivery.- Develop/run analysis identifying market movement trends and assess gaps in existing market data.- Provide and articulate data insight and market trends using scalable solutions (i.e dashboard, newsletter, etc).- Participate in compensation surveys and assess our need for additional data;- Engage in continuous partnership with TA and HR colleagues to support numerous activities such as hiring, retention, transfers, promotions, and country expansions by providing data and comp-related insights.- Support the Compensation team in the regional rollout of tools and processes such as pay equity, comp philosophy training, and comp reviews.- Support the build and maintenance of the market reference range for Latam roles.**What we are looking for**:- At least 5 years of experience in a compensation-related role.- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.- Solid analytical skills - This person should be comfortable working with large data sets through Google Sheets and/or Excel.- Consultative approach.- Eager to learn.- Navigate ambiguity and be comfortable with some level of inconsistency.- Resilience and flexibility.- Experience supporting an organization-wide comp program or process.- Experience working with global HR Partners and teams.- Experience developing and delivering communication materials.- Comfortable organizing complex programs and timelines.- Knowledge of WTW survey methodology is a plus.- Previous experience with Compensation in Mexico and Brazil.- We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity of thought and background builds stronger teams.
