.TasksTo manage international mobility life-cycle, including administration of service providers for immigration, tax, and relocation, in coordination with the corresponding Global Mobility Services Hub. To support implementation of Compensation and Mobility policies in Mexico in order to attract or retain talent to the organization taking care of internal equity and external competitiveness through the right administration of the company resources. To support harmonization of compensation and mobility policies and procedures throughout all Mexico locations. To coordinate salary survey processes.**Mobility Functions**:- Manages the international assignments life cycle from pre-assignment until repatriation or localization in coordination with the corresponding GMS Hub consultant.- Process the monthly expatriate pre-payroll process according to inputs from GMS team.- First escalation for mobility issues after service.- Support the Intercompany invoicing process to ensure correct posting of expatriates costs.- Supports development and implementation of domestic mobility guidelines, policies and programs.- Supports the Tax Return process for expatriates, in collaboration with the tax provider.- Supports immigration process for expats inbound in collaboration with immigration provider.- Researches and implements special mobility programs to support the organization's objectives.- Acts as a coach of Mobility topics for HRBP's around the country.- Supports Communication of Updated Mobility policies, processes and procedures to all locations.- Leads specific HR Mobility Projects.- Support expatriates and relocated employees and HRBP's in specific mobility topics.**Compensation Functions**:- Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship.- Supports the organization's job evaluation process.- Supports development and implementation of salary administration guidelines, compensation policies and programs.- Supports annual compensation processes including short-term incentive and salary planning.- Supports the reward and recognition policy and platform.- Supports harmonization topics of compensation elements around the country.- Supports specific HR Compensation Projects.LI-MM1**Qualifications**:**Required**:- 5 to 7 years of HR Experience.- 3 to 5 years of experience in mobility, compensation or related benefits administration.- Experience handling HR Projects.- Advanced English (Fluent).- Knowledge of expat life cycle from pre-assignment until repatriation.- Knowledge of two or more of the following: payroll, immigration process, tax, accounting, social security related expat process.- Basic Compensation Management and Market Benchmarking.- Mexican Federal Labor Law Related Knowledge.- Advanced Excel.- Basic Negotiation Skills.**Desired**:- Basic SAP HR / Success Factors- Additional Compensation Knowledge: Salary Planning, Variable Compensation
