.Job DescriptionThis role supports construction projects to be planned and driven in accordance with global and local standards, policies, and procedures.What your day will look like:Support the design process towards the design company and the general contractor, ensuring full project team involvement.Support delivering on construction project E2E requirements.Collaborate with our external construction-related partners.Collaborate with Program Lead and Stream Owners.Ensure full transparency in decision making inside construction and ensure relevant team involvement in all decisions.Be part of the program/project core team.Are you up for the challenge?7 years of experience in construction projects in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience handling large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.Experience in running project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within financial limits.Experience in negotiating and leading contracts with vendors, clients, and subcontractors. Familiarity with various FIDIC contract forms, such as the Red Book (Construction), Yellow Book (Plant & Design-Build), and Silver Book is a must.Proficiency in construction management software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
