Job OverviewTE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies.
They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
What your background should look like:ACTIVITIES:-Follow-up and support to the compliance of lean manufacturing tools.
-Daily metrics analysis for the implementation of new projects.
-Implement and support the transformation within the assigned value stream as well as support in the rest of the value streams.
-Evaluate and record savings projects linked to kaizen.
-Follow up on continuous improvement projects.
-Verify compliance with lean manufacturing tools.
-Leading and monitoring of savings projects linked to kaizen.
-Training and choaching in the different lean manufacturing tools.
REQUIEMENTS:- 5 years of experience in similar positions- Industrial Engineer / Engineering- Lean Six Sigma Certification- Kanban Implementations- Ergonomics knowledge is a +- Financial knowledge- Proficiency in AutoCAD - or similar (intermediate)- SAP would be a plus- Advanced English CompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
