- and long-term savings projects, to incorporate into the savings plan 7. Keeps the plant project hopper updated with new project ideas and discards low value projects. 8. Assists leadership in establishing baseline and target metrics for key processes 9. Implement the Lean manufacturing tools to obtain a more robust and predictable product flow. Train and coordinate manufacturing and transactional Kaizen events and encourage employees to participate and utilize as a continuous improvement tool. 10.Coordinate, and conduct applicable, training in key Operational Excellence areas 11. Generate Engineering documentation to support validations and Engineering changes as ECO's, CER, SCR, CDP's, etc. 12. Follows the safety rules to avoid accidents, professional illness, and environmental contingencies within the plant. Participates in the emergency response plans. 13. CAPEX Budget monitoring and trend tracking; resolving problems perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.

Experiência y requisitos

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent. - Minimums experience of 3 to 5 years in similar position. - Experience in Operational Excellent or Project Engineer - English Advanced - Certifications in Green Belt & Black Belt - Project Management - Costing (Cost Reduction)
