Sr Continuous Improvement Engineer

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.**What your background should look like**:**ACTIVITIES**:- Follow-up and support to the compliance of lean manufacturing tools.- Daily metrics analysis for the implementation of new projects.Implement and support the transformation within the assigned value stream as well as support in the rest of the value streams.- Evaluate and record savings projects linked to kaizen.- Follow up on continuous improvement projects.- Verify compliance with lean manufacturing tools.- Leading and monitoring of savings projects linked to kaizen.- Training and choaching in the different lean manufacturing tools.**REQUIREMENTS**:- 5 years of experience in a similar position- Advanced English- Knowledge of Ergonomics- Financial skills- AutoCAD proficiency- SAP knowledge would be a plus**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
