Join us and let us focus together on what's truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.The Contract Manager position is responsible for all aspects of the legal risk analysis, contract negotiation and interaction with customers, internal stakeholders and management in relation to all legal agreements involving Siemens MX electrical business.This individual contributor role will partner with the regional commercial leadership team, the sales teams and rest of key internal players to provide customers and suppliers with customized purchase and sale agreements to meet project's needs. Contract manager role will report directly to the General Counsel office.**Primary Responsibilities**:Manage all contract negotiations, renewals and amendments, plus regulatory governmental acquisition procedure with either current or prospective customers, including redlining agreements, negotiating terms via conference call with customers, and summarize legal recommendations to company leadership onshore and offshore for decision making purposes. Review all Company NDAs and secure privacy data notice. Be a key player within the evaluation of each private and governmental infrastructure project from the legal standpoint including the legal assessment.Collaborate with Siemens legal counsel and outside legal counsel to advance and finalize agreements with international customersPartner with commercial leaders, finance, manufacturing, service and technical teams to create mutual solutions for legal agreements that meet the needs of both customers and Company**Skills and Experience**:Bachelor Degree in Law required.5+ years relevant commercial contract management; administrative law related to federal and local governmental acquisition and public works procedure required; electrical and energy renewables experience preferred.Prior experience working within, or contracting with, electrical supply chains or manufacturing process preferred.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word required.Proven ability to distinguish business decisions from legal decisions and clearly communicate to business leaders.Extremely organized and self-motivated, possessing a strong attention to detail.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work on a cross functional team to execute on objectives through influence and personal skills and ability to work in a fast paced sales environment with multiple deliverables plus deadlines each day.Proven ability to partner with field base employees to drive on time completion of deliverables.Advanced English language written and spoken skills are a must.**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
