Sr Controllership Analyst

Your primary responsibility will be to support the controllership function for the designated region or division. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes. Your expertise in financial analysis and insights will be instrumental in providing valuable recommendations and guidance to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: HFM ReportingAudit worksheetsGovernment reportingSupport financial statements compliance with US GAAP and Honeywell accounting/internal policiesReview Balance sheet accounts reconciliationsProvide audit support and assist with remediation of audit observations or corrective action plans and ensure strong internal controls environmentWork closely with sbg controllers and commercial finance.... to ensure overall complianceSupport other special projects/strategic initiatives as requiredYOU MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting5+ years of experience in Accounting, ControllershipHands-on experience with SAP (FICO, PS, SD modules) and HFMEnglish ProficiencyWE VALUE: Hyperion hands-on experienceUS GAAP and Local GAAP working knowledge;Ability to manage a heavy/diverse workload in a changing environmentStrong demonstration of financial & analytical skillsExperience in process implementation, kaizenConflict resolution.
